Yes, you’ll need a registered business address and director service address. Our package includes both options, offering a selection from our prestigious London locations. However, if you desire a virtual office with call center support, additional charges will apply.

We’ve assisted numerous international clients in establishing and managing UK companies from abroad, simplifying the process. As a foreign national, you’ll need to provide specific information through our straightforward online application form. At the very least, you’ll require one director and one shareholder (which can be the same person) over the age of 16. Additionally, the company must have a UK registered office address, conveniently included in our international package. We’ll request a scanned copy of your passport, your last three months’ bank statement, and proof of address.
With our international package, we provide the official documents electronically via email and also courier the official physical hard copies to your address, regardless of your location. A small DHL fee will be added for the hard copies. These documents include the Certificate of Incorporation (COI), Share Certificates for each shareholder, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
We understand that some countries have limitations on international payments. That’s why we are splitting the amount into two installments. You can enter any amount from 175 to 350 according to your country’s limitations. The remaining amount will be collected after your company is published and live.
