Scope of Work: The services included in the social media marketing package are as follows: content creation, account management, advertising, and any additional services agreed upon by the client and service provider.
Payment Terms: Payment for the social media marketing package is due at the beginning of each month and will be collectible via bank transfer or online payment. Late payments may be subject to additional fees, unless otherwise exempted by the service provider.
Contract Duration: The minimum contract duration is 1 month. However, we strongly recommend a minimum contract duration of three months to allow sufficient time to see results from our services. If the client agrees to a minimum contract duration of three months, we will set up their social media pages at no additional charge. The contract will automatically renew for subsequent one-month periods, unless otherwise specified by the client.
Termination and Cancellation: Early termination or cancellation of the contract may result in fees or penalties, as specified in the agreement.
Intellectual Property: The content created for the client’s social media accounts will be jointly owned by the client and TechCastle, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. The client will have a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use the content for their own purposes, including but not limited to, social media marketing and advertising. TechCastle retains the right to use the content for their own promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing. Any third-party content used by TechCastle in connection with the social media marketing package will be used with the appropriate license or permission, and the client will not have any ownership or usage rights to such content.
Confidentiality: Any confidential or proprietary information shared with the client during the course of the contract will be protected and kept confidential.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing access to social media accounts, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with social media platform policies.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: The service provider will track and report performance metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, to the client on a regular basis.
